Returns & Exchanges Policy for JUSTINE ANN LTD

 

At JUSTINE ANN LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tire purchase. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following must be met:

 

  • The request is made within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Tires are unused, unmounted, and in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact.
  • Tires show no signs of damage, wear, or modification (e.g., cuts, punctures, or exposure to chemicals).
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is provided.

2. Non-Eligible Items

The following are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

 

  • Tires that have been mounted, used, or damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse.
  • Custom-ordered tires (e.g., specialized sizes or brands not in standard inventory).
  • Tires purchased during clearance or “final sale” promotions (unless defective).

3. Defective Tires or Shipping Errors

If you receive a defective tire or the wrong item (e.g., incorrect size, brand, or model), contact us immediately. We will:

 

  • Arrange for a free return and replacement.
  • Cover all shipping costs associated with the return and reshipment.
  • Process the replacement within 3 business days of receiving the defective/wrong item.

 

To report a defective or incorrect item, contact support@justineann.shop within 7 days of delivery.

4. Return/Exchange Process

Step 1: Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team at support@justineann.shop or +44 7476489605 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

 

Step 2: Prepare the Package

 

  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
  • Include a copy of your proof of purchase.
  • Pack the tires securely to prevent damage during transit.

 

Step 3: Ship the Item

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or our error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.

 

Step 4: Inspection and Processing
Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned items within 5 business days. If approved:

 

  • Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.
  • Exchanges: The replacement item will be shipped within 3 business days of inspection.

5. Refund Details

  • Refunds include the purchase price of the tire(s) but exclude original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
  • If a promotional discount was applied, the refund will reflect the discounted price.
