• We may cancel an Order at any time before shipment and will notify you promptly, issuing a full refund if payment was processed.

• All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed Orders will be honored at the price listed at checkout.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of Order via our accepted methods (e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal). We do not accept cash on delivery (COD).

• Delivery terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you upon delivery. Inspect packages upon receipt and report damage to the carrier and us within 48 hours.
